Meeting you where you are, I honor your individuality and needs of your nervous system. I am holding a space where you can reconnect with yourself—your body, mind, and emotions—in a way that feels empowering and authentic.

In this non-judgmental environment you’re invited to explore a variety of somatic tools to cultivate nervous system regulation, build  inner strength, balance, and a sense of agency.

Somatics

Somatic approaches and practices offer an invitation to reconnect with your body as a source of wisdom, healing, and growth. Our physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts are deeply intertwined, and by tuning into the body, we can access profound insights and shifts. When acknowledging that stress and trauma are not just mind concepts that we can simply talk ourselves out of, but that they reside also in the body, it becomes clear that recovery must involve the body (soma) as well. Through gentle, nervous-system-friendly practices like movement and embodied awareness, somatics help you release tension, uncover patterns, and restore balance.

Somatic Experiencing (SE)

A body-mind therapeutic approach for those looking to address stress, chronic issues, or trauma in a nervous-system-friendly way. Sessions are blending dialogue, movement, mindfulness and tailored exercises to suit your unique needs and nervous system state. Somatic Experiencing helps expand the capacity to cope and shift patterns that leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. The SE sessions support the restoration of healthy boundaries, a sense of flow, foster resilience and deepen connection with the wisdom of your body.

Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY)

An effective complementary approach to complex trauma recovery. Trauma sensitive yoga allows you to safely reconnect with your body at your own pace, offering opportunities to practice being present with yourself, make choices, and enhance empowerment and agency. You can choose to practice on a chair or on a yoga mat. No previous yoga experience is required and sharing of your personal story is not necessary, providing you have a safe person or therapist to process with.

Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching is an embodied path towards personal growth, self-awareness and behavioral change, acknowledging the connection between body, mind, and soul. In a supportive, non-judgmental space, somatic coaching helps process stress, overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt or trauma. Somatic coaching fosters reconnection with your authentic self through compassionate inquiry, embodied practices and through embracing all your inner parts. This process empowers you to align with your values, make clear decisions, and take empowered actions with greater sense of embodiment, and self-connection.

ROOT · RISE · BLOOM is a somatic workshop series in Tel Aviv designed for women who want to feel grounded, regulated, and more connected to themselves.
Across three 90-minute sessions — grounding (ROOT), boundaries (RISE), and co-regulation (BLOOM) — you’ll explore trauma-informed somatic movement and nervous-system practices that support calm, clarity, and resilience.
Each workshop stands alone, and you’re welcome to join one or the full trilogy.
